Interactive Food Stations
Fun and Entertaining! Menu items are prepared directly in front of the guest as they watch and make selections. A terrific add on to any full buffet service event.

Pasta Station
Guests choose the type of pasta they want, sauce and toppings
and the chef prepares their pasta dish right there.

Mashed Potato Station
Like the pasta station, guests choose the toppings to add to their mashed potatoes
served in a martini glass: bacon bits, mushrooms, cheddar cheese/Monterray jack cheese,
scallions, sundried tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, chives, sour cream and butter

Carving Station
Roast Beef served with Horseradish Sauce and Au Jus
Leg of Lamb stuffed with Basil and Roasted Red Pepper, served with jus
Fresh Smoked Ham with Pineapple Aioli, served with gourmet Mustards
